Fire the mines at a nearby wall, then deactivate and retrieve them. Go to the Store and buy the weapon for 0 credits. If you've purchased the Supernova or Martial Law DLC packs, you have access to a free Detonator weapon. Go up to the machines that look like ATM's and melee attack them.
